Returns Policy

Free returns within 30 days.

Unopened product. Return any unopened product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping is free. Call or email us first, and we will send you a prepaid return label.

Freight orders. For feed, mineral and other orders that ship by freight, call us and we will work it out.

Opened product. Feed and supplements cannot be resold once they are opened. If you opened a product and you are not satisfied, let us know. You will not have to ship anything back. Doc will make it right.

Damaged or wrong item. If something arrives damaged or we sent the wrong item, tell us and we will fix it.

Refunds. Refunds go back to your original payment method once we receive the return, or once we approve a make-it-right request.
